Gabe's Country Bake Shoppe began life as Caledon East Home Bakery in May, 2001. Mother and son duo and longtime Caledon residents, Gabe and Anna, saw a need for fresh baked goods and delicious meals. "At the time I had no experience at all. My mother, on the other hand, had always worked in bakeries," recalls Gabe. Today, the business is still proudly owned by Gabe and Anna, who continue to work together to fuse traditional Italian food with the best recipes of today... just remember to save room for dessert!
